Rentals

what are my payment options?

You can pay the full amount upfront or select weekly, fortnightly, or monthly instalments.

Why can I only rent a bassinet for a maximum of 6 months?

most babies have outgrown the snoo by the time they are six months old. they will generally be ready to transition to a cot when they are rolling from back to front.

what payment methods do you accept?

Apple Pay, google pay, card, bank transfer, cash, Klarna..

what happens if I want to end my rental early?

We require two weeks notice to end your rental early. please contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements.

what if I want to pick up and drop off my order?

at this stage, we do not offer customer pick up and drop off. please see our travel fees for further information.

do I need to pay a security bond?

A $200 refundable bond is required prior to the start of the rental period.

The bond will be refunded after the bassinet and all accessories are returned in acceptable condition, less any applicable deductions for damage, loss, or missing accessories.

how soon can I get my bassinet?

if you require your snoo asap, we will endeavour to get it to you in 1-3 business days depending on availability.

what snoo accessories does my rental come with?

all of our rental packages include the following original snoo accessories:

-6 sleeps sacks (2 small, 2 medium, 2 large).

-2 sheets.

-Dust bag.

can I request extra snoo accessories with my rental?

Yes you can! optional extras incur a one off fee that can be paid upfront or spread out with the rest of your instalments.

what happens if I want to extend my rental?

If you have purchased a 2 week trial package, contact us before the end of your trial and we will assist you to purchase a 1-3 or 3-6 months rental package. You will then be able to keep the Bassinet you have.

If you have purchased a 1-3 month package, contact us at least 2 weeks before the end of your lease so we can assist you to extend.

how often are the rental bassinet’s cleaned?

The bassinets are cleaned between each use whether it’s a two week trial, a 6 month rental or anything in between!

Clean + Service

how long does the clean and service take?

we will aim to have your bassinet cleaned, or serviced and returned to you in 3-5 business days.

What cleaning products do you use?

The mesh is soaked in "purity sensitive” laundry liquid. Stubborn stains are treated with Sard stain remover prior to soaking. The mesh is then thoroughly rinsed to remove all traces of laundry products.

Plastic parts of the snoo are dusted and wiped down with morning fresh dishwashing liquid and hot water.

can I drop off and pick up my bassinet?

can I request different cleaning products to be used?

If you have any special requests regarding cleaning products, please add them in to the “Message” field at the end of cleaning enquiry form. Where possible, we will accomodate your requests.

what does the service include?

All O-rings are replaced and the motor shaft is lubricated to ensure smooth operation of the Snoo.
