These Service Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided by Ayejay Ceejay ("We"/"Us"), including cleaning, maintenance, rental, sale, and purchase of baby bassinets. By booking or using our services, You ("Customer") agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Ayejay Ceejay offers the following services:

• Cleaning and maintenance of baby bassinets

• Rental of refurbished baby bassinets and accessories

• Sale of refurbished baby bassinets

• Purchase of used baby bassinets

• Delivery and collection services (where applicable)

2. Bookings and Payment

• All services must be booked in advance, subject to availability.

• Service fees are outlined at the time of booking.

• Payment is required upfront or as otherwise agreed in writing.

• For rentals, a $200 refundable bond applies (refer to Rental Terms).

3. Cleaning and Maintenance Services

• We clean and maintain baby bassinets to meet hygiene and safety standards.

• Cleaning does not guarantee removal of all stains, marks, or wear.

• You must inspect the bassinet upon return and raise any concerns immediately.

• We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage or defects in the bassinet.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the condition of the item will prevent a satisfactory outcome.

• By engaging us to clean or service your bassinet, you acknowledge that doing so may void any original warranty from Happiest Baby or other manufacturers.

4. Rental and Sales

• Rental of bassinets is subject to our Rental Terms & Conditions and Rental Agreement.

• Sale of refurbished bassinets is on an "as-is" basis; we do not sell new products.

• No refunds apply for purchased refurbished bassinets unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Purchase of Used Bassinets

• We may buy used bassinets at our discretion, following product inspection.

• You warrant that You own the bassinet and it is free from legal claims.

• Payment terms for purchases will be outlined individually.

6. Safety and Use

• You are responsible for the correct and safe use of any product provided.

• We are not liable for injuries or accidents resulting from misuse, failure to follow instructions, or improper setup.

• Always supervise your baby when using a bassinet.

7. Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the amount paid.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

• Service cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations may incur a fee.

• Refunds for services are only provided as required under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Indemnity

• You indemnify Ayejay Ceejay against all claims, damages, or liability arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms

• Injury or damage caused by your misuse of our products or services

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

• Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
